Remembrance Plots will be allocated in sequence as determined by the Bilton Parish Council Burial Board.

PERMISSION is hereby granted to remove the existing concrete KERBSTONE at the FRONT of the Remembrance Plot only (Please do not remove or replace the Kerbstones around the plot) 

MEASUREMENTS OF KERBSTONE

Remembrance Plots must have an internal measurement of 53cms (21”) by 53cms (21”)

Loose chippings may be placed on the Remembrance plots of any colour (no other materials are allowed).

PERMITTED DISPLAYS

ONE Memorial Vase is permitted with or without inscription on each Remembrance Plot.

Ornaments and vase

Please keep these within your plot nothing must be placed on the paths or grass, Note: items will be removed without notice.

No glass items are allowed or displays on wire, items that become unsightly will be removed.

NO FENCING or EDGING IS ALLOWED OF ANY TYPE AROUND THE PLOT

CHRISTMAS WREATHS WILL BE REMOVED AT THE END OF FEBRUARY OF EACH YEAR

ANNIVERSARY WREATHS is would be helpful if these could be removed one month after placement

NO Memorials or Headstones are allowed on the Plots.

PLANTS

Small plants ARE allowed on the Remembrance Plots but NOT Conifers, Roses or Shrubs. The Burial Board reserves the right to prune, cut down or remove any planting which has become unsightly or overgrown and does not conform to the above stipulations.

It is reminded that the Deed Holders are responsible for insurance against damage or vandalism of their Plots.

SCATTERING OF CREMATED REMAINS

The scattering of Cremated Remains can take place in the area marked ‘Garden of Remembrance’ : Please contact Clerk Mr Stephen Dale on (01482) 811234 for information
